MergeIT2 SharePoint Interface

Do you use Microsoft SharePoint in your organisation?

The MergeIT SharePoint Interface will enable any documents created by MergeIt to be stored in SharePoint and indexed as you would like them.

Features:

• Saves any files created my MergeIT (.docx, .doc, .pdf etc)
• Files can be named as required (e.g. RentStatement_{TncyRef}_{Date}.pdf)
• Files can be saved to any folder
• Folders can be created on the fly (e.g. /Letters/Tncy12345/RentStatements)
• Fields can be added to PDF file metadata fields
• PDF Document title, author, subject and keywords can be set as required
• SharePoint fields values can be set
• Support for multiple different field types including text, numeric, date/time, guid, and url
• SharePoint fields can be created if not present
• The folder(s) files are saved to can be altered according to the template type or any other data field.
• Tested with SharePoint Online

Installation and configuration are usually performed remotely. PickSoft will work with you to generate a configuration that should be able to be implemented and tested with very little resource required.
